Description:

cherry-red with a garnet shimmer

pronounced intensity fruity

medium-bodied, quite intense, fruity,

Best to be drunk: 2-8 years

Origin:

selected vineyard in Magrè and Cortaccia

Altitude: 240 to 350 metres a.s.l. (790 – 1,150 feet)

gravelly soils with a high content of limestone

Age of the vines: 17 - 57 years

Harvested: 3 - 9 October 2014


Vinification:

Fermentation: maceration in stainless steel tanks

Maturation: malolactic fermentation, partly in barriques, partly

in concrete vessels and partly in stainless steel tanks

Alcohol: 13.0 % by vol.

Acidity: 5.0 g/litre

Bottled: March 2017

Release: June 2017
