Ketel One Vodka, Orange Juice, Garcinia and Ginger.
The cocktail was created with an approach to sustainability in mind and to minimize waste. Each part of the ingredients were utilized to enhance the flavour. After squeezing the oranges, the meat was used dried and combined with dried garcinia to make a tea; the orange and ginger peel were used to make syrup; and, lastly, fresh ginger was boiled, dried and then mixed with sugar to make the ginger candy garnish along with a dried orange slice.
